  2. A general urban building must use the standards of the Mixed-Use Building to proportion its base section and to promote harmony with adjacent low-rise context.

  4. Shopfronts standards must be met along the primary frontage.
  5. The general urban building must meet the architectural standards for materials and base, middle, top.
