- A general urban building is comprised of three parts: the base building, the middle, and the building top.
- A general urban building must use the standards of the Mixed-Use Building to proportion its base section and to promote harmony with adjacent low-rise context.
- The general urban building must be set back at least 30 ft from side and rear lot lines.
- Shopfronts standards must be met along the primary frontage.
- The general urban building must meet the architectural standards for materials and base, middle, top.
