ROOF PITCH BY COMPONENT
STANDARDS
- Shed roofs must maintain a consistent slope and height between base of the eaves and the top of the ridge beam across the entire length of the roof.
- When a shed roof is used on a component that is attaching to a building, the shed roof must always orient the ridge beam toward the wall or roof of the building.
- Civic buildings are exempt from roof system regulation, the values presented in this table are guidelines only.
