STANDARDS
- Fabrication buildings must be oriented perpendicular to the primary thoroughfare (excluding alleys).
- The fabrication building footprint may not exceed 20,000 sf.
- Shed dormers may ignore the gable end and ridge line setback in order to form a continuous monitor style roof along the entirety of the ridge beam.
