STANDARDS
- Barns must be set back at least 20 ft from the front facade of the primary building, except in T2.
- Barns may exceed maximum measurements for length and width in T2 when part of a working agricultural operation.
- Barn doors located within the frontage zone must be sliding or swinging wooden doors.
- Shed dormers may ignore the gable end and ridge line setback in order to form a continuous monitor style roof along the entirety of the ridge beam.
