PURPOSE

1. To be able to effectively regulate the number of buildings allowed on a lot.

APPLICABILITY

1. Applies to all buildings and accessory buildings.

GENERAL

1. Only one primary building may be built on each lot.
2. Only one accessory building may be built on each lot except:
   1. Within permitted buildings groups.
   2. On lots actively used for agricultural uses, additional non-residential accessory buildings that support agricultural activities are permitted.
3. An accessory building may not permanently occupy a lot without a primary building except:
   1. On lots actively used for agricultural uses, the barn accessory building may occupy a lot without a primary building.
   2. An accessory building may be built on a lot prior to a primary building only if both the primary and accessory buildings have been permitted according to the standards of this Code.
