PURPOSE
- To be able to effectively regulate the number of buildings allowed on a lot.
APPLICABILITY
- Applies to all buildings and accessory buildings.
GENERAL
- Only one primary building may be built on each lot.
- Only one accessory building may be built on each lot except:
- Within permitted buildings groups.
- On lots actively used for agricultural uses, additional non-residential accessory buildings that support agricultural activities are permitted.
- An accessory building may not permanently occupy a lot without a primary building except:
- On lots actively used for agricultural uses, the barn accessory building may occupy a lot without a primary building.
- An accessory building may be built on a lot prior to a primary building only if both the primary and accessory buildings have been permitted according to the standards of this Code.
