APPLICABILITY

  1. Lots, primary buildings, and accessory buildings that intend to take advantage of the unique characteristics conferred by building groups.

STANDARDS

  1. Where allowed within a district, a building group may be used as an alternative development pattern, with unique lot standards and setback standards defined by the building group.
  2. Where allowed within a district, a building group may permit additional building types, with standards related to form and placement.
  3. Each building that is incorporated into a building group must be located on an individual building lot.
