- Lots, primary buildings, and accessory buildings that intend to take advantage of the unique characteristics conferred by building groups.

STANDARDS
- Where allowed within a district, a building group may be used as an alternative development pattern, with unique lot standards and setback standards defined by the building group.
- Where allowed within a district, a building group may permit additional building types, with standards related to form and placement.
- Each building that is incorporated into a building group must be located on an individual building lot.
