1. Buildings located on a through lot have two frontages and must front onto both thoroughfares (excluding alleys).
2. If there is not a building type available that can span the entire distance between the two frontages and meet all setbacks, then the lot should be divided by virtual lot lines into two or more interior or corner building lots
