STANDARDS


  1. Shed roofs must maintain a consistent slope and height between base of the eaves and the top of the ridge beam across the entire length of the roof.
  2. When a shed roof is used on a component that is attaching to a building, the shed roof must always orient the ridge beam toward the wall or roof of the building.
  3. Civic buildings are exempt from roof system regulation, the values presented in this table are guidelines only.
