DEFINITION

Any alcoholic beverage sales establishment primarily involving the sale of alcohol where beer, wine or distilled spirits are sold for off-sale consumption and where more than 5 percent of the floor area of the establishment is devoted to the sale, display or storage of beer, wine, or distilled spirits.

STANDARDS

  1. Where alcohol production is permitted on rural compounds and within the T2 District on lots of 10 acres or more, the sale of packaged liquor produced on-site is permitted.
  2. Any material stored that exceeds the height of screening must be located a minimum of 25 feet from any lot line.
