STANDARDS


  1. All slopes for flat roofs should defer to local building code regarding minimum slopes for a specified roofing system.
  2. Perimeter walls along primary and secondary frontages must extend vertically above the roof line by a minimum of 3 feet to form a continuous parapet wall.
  3. Civic buildings are exempt from roof system regulation, the values presented in this table are guidelines only.
