STANDARDS

1. A bar or tavern may provide live entertainment under the following conditions:
   1. No permanent space is dedicated for live entertainment;
   2. No admission is charged for live entertainment;
   3. When live entertainment is offered, is clear incidental and subordinate to the bar or tavern use.
