Standards
- Sign may be oriented at a 45 degree angle from a building corner.
- May be combined with the marquee sign by special permit.
- When part of a marquee sign, this sign my exceed the height limit, provided it remains below the building’s eaves or the highest part of a building’s parapet.
- Banner signs should occur above the first floor, above the line of the second floor window sills, except when part of a marquee sign.
- Information displayed should be limited to business name, address and logo, additional information is prohibited.
